What we offer

Waste Away Skips Ltd are fully insured, registered waste carriers in Essex.

Business/Commercial Skip Hire We will work in partnership with your business, we can provide skips specifically to suit your requirements.  Our in-depth knowledge is available to support your efforts to comply with the current UK legislation with regards to waste management and disposal.  Skips can be rented on a one off or supplied on regular basis.

Domestic/Household Skip Hire

We offer appropriate solutions to meet your requirements, and can even offer a 'wait & load' service.  Call us so we can help you choose the most appropriate skip for your needs but please make sure our vehicles are able to access where you want the skip positioned.  Please ensure there is a minimum vehicle clearance width of at least 2 metres.

Depending on local regulations you may need a Public Highways Permit for skip to be located on a road (or any Public Highway).  We can arrange this for you.

What is not allowed in our skips?

There a few materials and items that have to be treated differently when disposing of waste from skips.  We are specialists in the disposal of hazardous material including asbestos.  Please contact us if you intend to dispose of any of the following items as we their are necessary procedures in order to to comply with current UK legislation.
Current regulations apply to the disposal of the following items:

Our Skip Hire Service includes recycling offers of secure disposal of redundant, obsolete or unwanted IT and office equipment.  We provide 'green' recycling to the highest European and UK Environmental Agency standards and waste electrical & electronic equipment (WEEE) directives.  We are Environment Agency registered to collect and recycle hazardous waste.

We are approved to deal and dispose of low grade asbestos.  We are also compliant with the UK regulations for electrical waste WEEE (The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive).  Please contact us for more information.
